{"id":3431,"date":"2014-06-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-06-05T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/til.androgeus.com\/2014\/06\/06\/leap-2014-2\/"},"modified":"2021-03-09T06:33:09","modified_gmt":"2021-03-09T01:03:09","slug":"leap-2014-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/2014\/06\/06\/leap-2014-2\/","title":{"rendered":"LEAP 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LEAP 2014: Leadership which is Entrepreneurial Aggressive and Profitable-Annual Managers\u2019 Meet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Annual Managers\u2019 Meet-LEAP 2014, was held from 9th&nbsp;to  the 14th of May, 2014 at Kanpur Plant.<\/p>\n<p>\nAfter  the earlier two successful meets, we had an eventful third meet. It was an  excellent and exceptional opportunity which enabled us to become synergized and  motivated&nbsp;towards our professional as well as&nbsp;personal goals.<br \/>\nThe  6 days meet offered participants the chance to interact,&nbsp;take on new  goals.The theme of LEAP was to<strong> BE HAPPY<\/strong>!! come what may! and this was  propagated in all sessions and meetings.<br \/>\nFirst  two days were devoted for Front End Review (9th and 10th May 2014)where as last  two days (13th and 14th may 2014) were dedicated for Backend Reviews.One day in  between was a training&nbsp; day where we had two simultaneous programmes  running on NLP and Leadership.One program was headed by <strong>Mr.Vijay Batra <\/strong>a well  known trainer from Delhi whereas the other session was guided by <strong>Mr.Bipin  Mayekar<\/strong> who is an NLP practioner from Mumbai.The idea of both sessions was to  inculcate a self belief and team work among the participants.<br \/>\nThe  same day it was the much awaited Gala Dinner where there&nbsp;were <strong>PFP  announcements<\/strong> as well as Vijay Laxmi award for depots.All this was complemented  by music and dinner.<br \/>\nThe  other day was a <strong>FUN DAY<\/strong> which started with a motivating session from our  <strong>Executive Director<\/strong>&nbsp; with a&nbsp;video show of <strong>Mr.Sandeep Maheshwari<\/strong>-The  Unstoppable and the learnings from it.The session was&nbsp;followed by shopping  and gaming .<br \/>\nSo  all in all&nbsp;this was&nbsp;an intellectually stimulating and enjoyable meet  with an&nbsp;unparalleled and enriching experience. <br \/>\nStill  our ultimate goal of LEAP remains same i.e Organisation of Leaders rather than  LeaderLed Organisation and this time we have taken another step towards it&#8217;s  achievement where every single person will work towards creating a positive  <strong>CULTURE in TIL<\/strong>.A culture of Happiness which is going to take our Organisation  far ahead.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LEAP 2014: Leadership which is Entrepreneurial Aggressive and Profitable-Annual Managers\u2019 Meet Annual Managers\u2019 Meet-LEAP 2014, was held from&#8230;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3430,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[76],"tags":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3431"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3431"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3431\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3430"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3431"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=3431"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/threadsindia.com\/pt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=3431"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
